There is an ancient sanctuary high in the Aragonese Pyrenees where now is located a boarding cooking and catering school for teenagers with difficult pasts.

Teachers and students there live a transformational experience every year. Now I myself have a room in the residency. I am invited to share this experience.

As I do, a memory comes to mind: my first and admired literature teacher, murdered by her son years ago.
